Introduction

Welcome to Akko Tech Solutions Inc. ("Akko", "we", "us", or "our")!

4. Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
5. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or Services or any other user's account.
6. Data Transmission: Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
7. Commercial Use: Using the Platform or Services for any commercial purpose without Akko's prior written consent.
8. Data Scraping: Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform or Services without Akko's prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other data (the "Content"), are the property of Akko or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any Content without Akko's prior written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. ("PDRC"). The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Makati City, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Akko with respect to your use of the Platform or Services.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
